    • Our team reviews your request.
    • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or next steps will be emailed.
  3. Return Shipping / Pickup:
    • Depending on product & location, you may ship back the item or we may arrange pickup.
    • Pack securely with all original documents & invoice.
  4. Inspection & Quality Check:
    • We inspect for damages, use marks, and eligibility.
    • If rejected, we notify you with reasons & possible solutions.
  5. Refund / Replacement / Exchange:
    • Refund processed within 7–15 business days after approval.
    • Refund mode: original payment method / store credit / agreed method.
